About the story, characters and so on read the review of original OVA as this is just a compilation of it. As I read in Internet while searching the info it suppose to contain 50 original scenes, but to be honest I didn’t notice anything different except that some places are cut or shortened. So in my opinion its more worth it to see the original OVA than this cut version, but that’s to decide for you. Some are (un)happy enough to see only this one ^.^
And I would call it movie as its compilation of OVA into one ep, but ANN calls it OVA so lets leave it that way
