Main characters:

  • Roger Smith – the main rich, but cool guy;
  • R. Dorothy Wayneright – robot girl;
  • Angel – a blond girl;

As first season finished in total “no end” it was destined to have a second season.. And so in 2003 the end reached people – 13 interesting and full of lovely Dorothy series..

Becycles rule

As we already know from the first season this is anime about a man named Roger Smith, who work as negotiator in strange city. All people in the city, or maybe rather to say the city itself, lost memory prior 40 years. But in this season Roger Smith has to deal with his own fears and wonders while fighting few separate Bigs. Also we gain more knowledge about Bigs and their dominus (the ones that control them.. or maybe are controlled by them)..

Have you ever seen a world as a big show? a play that we are actors in? have you ever wondered what is our purpose in life or what role are we here for? confusing.. the same confusing as this anime.. till the last moment you are stuck in few dimensional space trying to figure out what is going on and who is on which side. Roger, with the help of his butler, Dorothy and police chief is trying to protect the city and keep peace in it, while it’s mayor is doing much more rational changes and try to wipe everything out (as his father once did).. Angel (the blond girl) in all that mash tries to find herself and place for her.. (one of those places is in Roger’s arms.. ). And yet I still prefer Dorothy – the android that doesn’t try to become human or act like one. She is just who she is..Lets have a moment here for her:

(don’t joke around here Roger ^.^ )

???

Well now getting back to anime.. mm its somehow hard to describe it and also hard to tell exactly the line. I already mentioned the basics and everything else you’ll have to see for yourself – if dare, of course *big laugh here*.. but being serious (dead serious here) its really good and deep. Taking a small part of world (one city) and few people in it, this anime tries to show a depths of people psychology and what important role memories have in our life and how we create the world around ourselves from small pieces.. detail by detail.. person by person..

but enough about it all, because I feel like my gloomy mood is soaking my text.. and soon it will start to drip on my keyboard.. sorry about that ^.^ I just don’t know what’s wrong with me today..
